1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using World Bible Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

World Bible Studio is an AI-powered tool that generates original fictional world-building content based on user-provided prompts. All output is generated content and is not guaranteed to be unique across all users.

3. Your License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared. Adventurer plans include 10 generations. Worldbuilder plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You own all content generated through your account. You may use it for any personal or commercial purpose — games, novels, screenplays, campaigns — without restriction or royalty.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, share account access with others, or use the Service to generate content intended to harm, defame, or harass real individuals.

6. Refunds

Contact coreywr10@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in final creative works. We make no guarantees about accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current plan period.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Email address — used to create and identify your account. We receive this from Stripe when you purchase.

Prompts — your world premises are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. We do not permanently store your prompts or generated worlds.

Session data — a secure cookie keeps you logged in. It contains no personal information beyond your email.

What We Don't Collect

No tracking cookies. No analytics. No advertising networks. No selling of data. We collect only what is necessary to run the Service.

Third-Party Services

Stripe — handles all payments. We never see or store your card details.

Anthropic — processes your prompts to generate world content. Their usage policies apply.

Security

Your API calls are proxied through our server. Your session is stored in a secure, HttpOnly cookie that cannot be accessed by JavaScript. Stripe webhook signatures are verified on every request.

Your Rights
